Роль офшорних зон в глобальній світовій економіці

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено комплексному дослідженню змісту, сутності та ролі офшорних зон у контексті динамічних процесів глобальної світової економіки, а також аналізу наслідків їхнього функціонування. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність та рівень розробки теми; окреслено мету та основні завдання, об’єкт, предмет та методи дослідження; описано наукову новизну; встановлено практичне значення отриманих результатів магістерської роботи; вказано апробацію результатів дослідження; зазначено структуру та обсяг роботи. На початку роботи розкрито теоретичні засади, включаючи зміст поняття, сутність та передумови виникнення офшорних зон. Здійснено ґрунтовну характеристику офшорних юрисдикцій як елемента нової моделі світової економіки. Основна частина дослідження присвячена аналізу ролі та наслідків функціонування офшорних зон на глобальному рівні, а також дослідженню проблем, пов’язаних із їхньою діяльністю. Наприкінці роботи автор наголошує, що ефективне співробітництво з офшорними зонами для України вимагає вивчення світового досвіду щодо аспектів впровадження регуляторних механізмів та пошуку шляхів мінімізації негативних наслідків. Автором запропоновано шляхи розвитку співробітництва та адаптації міжнародного досвіду для підвищення економічної безпеки держави. The qualification work is devoted to the comprehensive study of the essence, functional prerequisites, role, and consequences of offshore zones within the context of the dynamic global world economy. The introduction substantiates the relevance and level of development of the topic; outlines the goal and main tasks, object, subject, and methods of research; describes the scientific novelty; establishes the practical significance of the results of the master's thesis; indicates the approbation of the research results; indicates the structure and scope of the work. At the beginning of the work, the theoretical principles of studying offshore zones are revealed, including defining the concept, essence, and prerequisites for their emergence. A thorough characterization of offshore jurisdictions as an element of the new global economic model is provided. The main part of the study focuses on a thorough analysis of the role and consequences of offshore zones in the world economy, identifying the features of different aspects of their operation and the problems they pose (such as capital flight and tax optimization). At the end of the work, the author emphasizes that the development of effective cooperation with offshore zones for Ukraine must be based on international experience regarding the implementation of regulatory aspects. This approach is aimed at minimizing risks and maximizing investment attraction through transparent mechanisms. The author suggests ways to adapt foreign experience and enhance cooperation mechanisms to increase the effectiveness of state financial policy and economic security.
