Роль комунікацій у реалізації соціально орієнтованих проєктів у громадах: кейс Агенції регіонального розвитку Миколаївщини

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено сутність і значення комунікацій у процесі реалізації соціально орієнтованих проєктів у територіальних громадах та визначено особливості їх застосування на прикладі діяльності Агенції регіонального розвитку Миколаївщини. Зокрема, в рамках роботи досліджено роль комунікацій у реалізації соціально орієнтованих проєктів у громадах. Також було охарактеризовано нормативно-правову та інституційну базу підтримки соціальних ініціатив в громадах, розглянуто комунікації як механізм взаємодії влади, громади та бізнесу та визначено проблеми й бар’єри ефективних комунікацій у громадах. Окрім того, в роботі детально проаналізовано комунікаційні практики Агенції у реалізації соціально орієнтованих проєктів та розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності комунікацій Агенції регіонального розвитку Миколаївщини. Зокрема, запропоновано посилити двосторонній зв’язок із громадами через інтерактивні інструменти, активніше використовувати соціальні мережі, розвиваючи тематичні рубрики й емоційний відеоконтент, а також запровадити єдиний мовно-етичний стандарт, організувати навчання для команди щодо етичної та інклюзивної комунікації. The qualification thesis highlights the essence and significance of communications in the process of implementing socially oriented projects in territorial communities and identifies the specific features of their application through the case study of the Regional Development Agency of Mykolaiv Region. In particular, the study examines the role of communications in the implementation of socially oriented projects in communities. It also characterizes the regulatory and institutional framework for supporting social initiatives in communities, considers communications as a mechanism of interaction between government, the community, and business, and identifies the problems and barriers to effective communications at the community level. In addition, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the Agency’s communication practices in the implementation of socially oriented projects and develops recommendations for improving the effectiveness of communications of the Regional Development Agency of Mykolaiv Region. In particular, it proposes strengthening two-way communication with communities through interactive tools, more active use of social media by developing thematic sections and emotionally engaging video content, as well as introducing a unified language and ethical standard and organizing training for the team on ethical and inclusive communication.
