Право-радикальні політичні сили в країнах Європейського Союзу як чинник його деконсолідації

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено вплив право-радикальних політичних сил на процеси деконсолідації Європейського Союзу в умовах сучасних політичних, соціальних та безпекових викликів. Проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні підходи до вивчення правого радикалізму, євроскептицизму та процесів дезінтеграції європейського інтеграційного простору, визначено їх взаємозв'язок та роль у трансформації сучасної політичної системи ЄС. У роботі розглянуто основні ідеологічні засади право-радикальних партій, особливості їх програмних пріоритетів, електоральної динаміки та регіональних відмінностей у країнах Центрально-Східної, Західної та Північної Європи. Встановлено, що посилення підтримки право-радикальних сил зумовлене міграційними процесами, економічними кризами, зростанням євроскептичних настроїв, кризою довіри до традиційних політичних еліт та поширенням популістських ідей. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу впливу право-радикальних політичних сил на функціонування інституцій Європейського Союзу. З'ясовано, що їхня діяльність сприяє підриву принципу верховенства права, послабленню механізмів солідарності між державами-членами, ускладненню вироблення спільної міграційної та соціальної політики, а також створює додаткові виклики для формування єдиного зовнішньополітичного курсу ЄС. У процесі дослідження встановлено, що право-радикальні політичні сили дедалі активніше впливають на політичний порядок денний Європейського Союзу, трансформуючи характер внутрішньополітичних та інтеграційних процесів. З одного боку, вони репрезентують суспільний запит на захист національного суверенітету та традиційних цінностей, а з іншого — сприяють політичній фрагментації, поширенню євроскептичних тенденцій та ослабленню інституційної єдності Союзу. Зроблено висновок, що посилення право-радикальних партій є одним із важливих чинників деконсолідації Європейського Союзу, оскільки їхня політична діяльність впливає на механізми ухвалення рішень, ефективність функціонування наднаціональних інститутів та збереження спільних демократичних цінностей. Подальший розвиток інтеграційних процесів значною мірою залежатиме від здатності ЄС адаптуватися до нових політичних викликів та забезпечити баланс між національними інтересами держав-членів і спільними європейськими принципами. This thesis examines the influence of far-right political forces on the processes of deconsolidation within the European Union against the backdrop of contemporary political, social and security challenges. It analyses theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of right-wing radicalism, Euroscepticism and the processes of disintegration within the European integration space, identifying their interrelationships and role in the transformation of the EU’s contemporary political system. The paper examines the main ideological foundations of right-wing radical parties, the characteristics of their policy priorities, electoral dynamics and regional differences across the countries of Central and Eastern, Western and Northern Europe. It has been established that the rise in support for far-right forces is driven by migration processes, economic crises, growing Eurosceptic sentiment, a crisis of confidence in traditional political elites and the spread of populist ideas. Particular attention is paid to analysing the impact of far-right political forces on the functioning of the European Union’s institutions. It has been established that their activities contribute to undermining the principle of the rule of law, weakening mechanisms of solidarity between Member States, complicating the development of a common migration and social policy, and creating additional challenges for the formation of a unified EU foreign policy. The study found that far-right political forces are increasingly influencing the European Union’s political agenda, transforming the nature of domestic political and integration processes. On the one hand, they represent a public demand for the protection of national sovereignty and traditional values; on the other, they contribute to political fragmentation, the spread of Eurosceptic tendencies and the weakening of the Union’s institutional unity. It is concluded that the rise of far-right parties is one of the key factors in the deconsolidation of the European Union, as their political activities affect decision-making mechanisms, the effective functioning of supranational institutions and the preservation of shared democratic values. The further development of integration processes will largely depend on the EU’s ability to adapt to new political challenges and to strike a balance between the national interests of Member States and common European principles.
