Фінансові аспекти ефективного здійснення збутової діяльності підприємств

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі було виявлено і досліджено проблему звуження збутової діяльності підприємств пивоварної галузі. Здійснено оцінку стану пивоварної галузі України та виокремлено ключові тенденції її розвитку. Проаналізовано обсяги виробництва пива та солоду в Україні протягом 2017-2021 років. Доведено, що обсяг виробництва пива скорочується. Наведено причини скорочення обсягів реалізації пивоварної продукції. Наведено кількість суб’єктів пивоварної галузі в Україні протягом 2017-2021 років, виділено основних представників галузі. Проаналізовано динаміку експорту та імпорту пивної продукції протягом 2017-2021 років, встановлено значне переважання імпорту над експортом, що є однією із причин звуження збутової діяльності. Розраховано показники ефективності збутової діяльності «ПрАТ «Карлсберг Україна», ПрАТ «Абінбев Ефес Україна», ПрАТ «Оболонь», ПрАТ «Полтавпиво» та ПрАТ «Опілля». Проаналізовано динаміку валового прибутку пивоварних підприємств України у 2017-2021 роках, виявлено його спадну тенденцію протягом останніх років. Встановлено зростання цін на пиво протягом 2017-2021 років. Здійснено аналіз показників ліквідності, платоспроможності та рентабельності пивоварних підприємств України. Проаналізовано вплив звуження збутової діяльності на показники прибутковості та рентабельності діяльності. Здійснено прогнозування чистого прибутку пивоварних підприємств. Проведено факторний аналіз валового прибутку підприємств пивоварної галузі, за його результатами виявлено збутові фактори впливу на його формування. На основі проведеного дослідження розроблено заходи щодо поліпшення і удосконалення збутової діяльності пивоварних підприємств. Introduction. For breweries, the sale of products is a primary task, which depends on the financial result of the activity, the success of the business and the prospect of further development. The brewing industry of Ukraine is going through some of the most difficult times today. On the basis of recent events and trends, the problem of narrowing the sales activity of enterprises in the brewing industry has arisen. The complication of this problem can lead to unprofitability of Ukrainian breweries and retard the development of the beer industry. Purpose. Analysis of the problem of narrowing the sales activity of enterprises in the brewing industry and development of recommendations to minimize or eliminate this problem. Results. In the master's thesis, the problem of narrowing the sales activity of enterprises in the brewing industry was identified and investigated. An assessment of the state of the brewing industry of Ukraine was made and the key trends of its development were identified. The volume of beer and malt production in Ukraine during 2017-2021 was analyzed. It has been proven that the volume of beer production is decreasing. The reasons for the reduction in sales volume of brewing products are given. The number of subjects of the brewing industry in Ukraine during 2017-2021 is given, the main representatives of the industry are highlighted. The dynamics of export and import of beer products during 2017-2021 were analyzed, and a significant preponderance of import over export was established, which is one of the reasons for the narrowing of sales activity. The performance indicators of the sales activities of PJSC "Carlsberg Ukraine", PJSC "Abinbev Efes Ukraine", PJSC "Obolon", PJSC "Poltavpivo" and PJSC "Opillia" were calculated. The dynamics of the gross profit of brewing enterprises of Ukraine in 2017-2021 were analyzed, and its downward trend in recent years was revealed. The increase in beer prices during 2017-2021 has been established. An analysis of indicators of liquidity, solvency and profitability of brewing enterprises of Ukraine was carried out. The influence of the narrowing of sales activity on the indicators of profitability and profitability of the activity was analyzed. Forecasting of the net profit of brewing enterprises was carried out. A factor analysis of the gross profit of enterprises in the brewing industry was carried out, based on its results, sales factors affecting its formation were identified. On the basis of the conducted research, measures were developed to improve and improve the sales activity of breweries. Conclusions. The problem of narrowing of sales activities is growing at beer production enterprises. This is evidenced by the drop in the gross profit of Ukrainian breweries, the low level of the sales performance indicator, the reduction in beer and malt production, and the significant preponderance of imports over exports. The development of the problem of the narrowing of the sales activity leads to a drop in the indicators of the profitability of the activity. For the brewing industry of Ukraine, overcoming the problem of the narrowing of sales activities will have a positive effect on the financial condition of the enterprises of the industry, will stimulate the development of the main activity, will make it possible to expand production and improve the position of enterprises on the market.
