Психологічні фактори впливу на розвиток сексуальних дисфункцій

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню та емпіричному дослідженню психологічних факторів впливу на розвиток сексуальних дисфункцій. Розкрито зміст та основні складові поняття сексуальних дисфункцій як поширеного порушення сексуального здоров’я людини. Описано фази статевого акту та зазначено основні сексуальні дисфункції, що виникають у їх межах та особливості їх перебігу. Було проведено психологічне дослідження та розроблено і апробовано корекційну програму, що спрямована на зменшення впливу тривожності, низької самооцінки та сексуальних установок на вже наявні та прогресуючі сексуальні дисфункції; зменшення ризику їх виникнення. Усі результати дослідження та корекційної програми були оброблені та перевірені за допомогою методів математичної статистики. Об’єктом дослідження виступають психологічні детермінанти сексуальних дисфункцій. Предметом дослідження є психологічні особливості формування сексуальних дисфункцій. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в розробці класифікації сексуальних порушень, а також зверненню уваги на психологічні детермінанти зверненню уваги на психологічні детермінанти виникнення та розвитку сексуальних дисфункцій. The qualification work is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and empirical study of psychological factors influencing the development of sexual dysfunctions. The content and main components of the concept of sexual dysfunctions as a common disorder of human sexual health are revealed. The four phases of sexual intercourse are described and the main sexual dysfunctions that arise within them and the peculiarities of their course are indicated. A classification of sexual disorders is developed, and the main psychological determinants of sexual dysfunctions are indicated. A psychological study was conducted, and a correctional program was developed and tested to reduce the impact of anxiety, low self-esteem, and sexual attitudes on existing and progressive sexual dysfunctions; to reduce the risk of their occurrence. All the results of the study and the correctional program were processed and verified using mathematical statistics. The object of the study is the psychological determinants of sexual dysfunctions. The subject of the study is the psychological features of the formation of sexual dysfunctions. The scientific novelty of the work is to develop a classification of sexual disorders, as well as to pay attention to the psychological determinants of the psychological determinants of the emergence and development of sexual dysfunctions.
