Оптимізація витрат підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «Нова пошта»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота зосереджується на аналізі та оптимізації витрат на прикладі ТОВ "Нова пошта" - визнаному лідеру в галузі експрес-доставки в Україні. Дослідження розглядає теоретичні аспекти управління витратами, зосереджуючись на сутності витрат, їх класифікації, методах та інструментах управління. Також аналізується організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємства та сучасний стан поштової галузі. Методологія дослідження базується на аналізі фінансових та організаційних даних компанії, а також на використанні методів економічного аналізу. Основними результатами дослідження є виявлення проблемних аспектів управління витратами на підприємстві, а також формулювання рекомендацій щодо їх подолання. У результаті дослідження розроблені рекомендації з оптимізації витрат на паливно-мастильні матеріали та інвестиції у диверсифікацію послуг для збільшення ефективності роботи підприємства. This master's thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of expenses using LLC "Nova Poshta" as a case study, a recognized leader in the express delivery industry in Ukraine. The research explores theoretical aspects of cost management, emphasizing the essence and classification of expenses, as well as methods and tools for their management. Additionally, it analyzes the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise and the current state of the postal industry. The research methodology is based on the analysis of financial and organizational data of the company, as well as the use of economic analysis methods. The main results of the study include identifying problematic aspects of cost management within the enterprise and formulating recommendations for overcoming them. As a result of the research, recommendations have been developed for optimizing expenses on fuel and lubricants and investing in service diversification to increase the efficiency of the company's operations.
