Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретикометодологічних основ та розробці рекомендацій щодо оперативного управління та удосконалення виробничих процесів в агрохолдингу. Розкрито сутність оперативного управління виробничими процесами в аграрному секторі. Охарактеризовано елементи системи управління виробничими процесами в агрохолдингу. Визначено роль та значення планування в процесі оперативного управління. Визначено засади оцінки впливу внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища на оперативне управління. Проведено організаційноекономічний аналіз агрохолдингу. Оцінено стан оперативного управління виробничими процесами підприємства. Удосконалено оперативне управління виробничими процесами в агрохолдингу. Об’єктом дослідження є процес оперативного управління виробничими процесами в агрохолдингу.
