Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретичних, методологічних основ управління виробничим потенціалом комунального підприємства, проведенню емпіричного аналізу та розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інструментів оцінки та аналізу управління виробничим потенціалом, реалізації запропонованих заходів підвищення ефективності розвитку. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи управління виробничим потенціалом комунального підприємства. Обґрунтована методика оцінювання ефективності управління виробничим потенціалом. Проведено емпіричний аналіз управління виробничого потенціалу комунального виробничого підприємства по організації харчування у навчальних закладах. Узагальнено результати дослідження та розроблені пропозиції щодо покращення ефективності діяльності. Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління виробничим потенціалом комунального підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретикометодологічні основи та практичні аспекти стратегічного управління виробничим потенціалом комунального підприємства. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у тому, що вдосконалено методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності управління виробничим потенціалом для забезпечення стійкого розвитку підприємства в умовах сучасного бізнес-середовища. The qualifying work is dedicated to summarizing the theoretical and methodological foundations of management of the production potential of a municipal enterprise, conducting empirical analysis, and developing recommendations for improving the tools for assessing and analyzing the management of production potential, implementing proposed measures to increase development efficiency. The work summarizes the theoretical foundations of managing the production potential of a municipal enterprise. A methodology for assessing the effectiveness of managing the production potential is substantiated. An empirical analysis of the management of the production potential of the Communal Production Enterprise in the organization of catering in educational institutions has been conducted. The results of the research are summarized, and suggestions for improving efficiency are developed. The object of the research is the process of managing the production potential of a municipal enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of strategic management of the production potential of a municipal enterprise. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that methodical approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the management of production potential to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise in the conditions of the modern business environment have been improved.
