Сучасні методики реабілітації спортсменів після оперативного втручання при розривах хрестоподібних зв’язок коліна

Abstract

Метою магістерської роботи є, аналіз впливу засобів фізичної реабілітації після оперативних втручань з приводу ушкодженнях хрестоподібних зв’язок колінного суглоба на відновлення стато-динамічних функцій. В своїй роботі Ольга Володимирівна, проводила основні дослідження та були отримані матеріали, що дозволяють об'єктивно оцінити функціональні можливості на до та післяопераційному етапах, первинну обробку отриманих даних. В роботі була вивчена динаміка всіх досліджуваних параметрів та визначено ефективність розробленої програми фізичної реабілітації. Робота розкриває в повному обсязі актуальність використаних сучасних інноваційних засобів фізичної реабілітації. Актуальність роботи полягає у створенні програми фізичної реабілітації та відновлення цілісного функціонування і стабілізації суглоба після розриву зв’язок колінного суглоба, та поєднує засоби і методи, фізичної, медичної та спортивної реабілітації, як результат покращення якості життя спортсменів в цілому та спотривної діяльності зокрема, після травмування та оперативного втручання. Висновок: дана робота має практичне значення, що визначається підвищенням ефективності фізичної реабілітації при пошкодженнях зв’язок колінного суглобу на всіх етапах реабілітаційного процесу. This topic was chosen successfully and appropriately because rehabilitation helps to return to sports, as well as reduce the risk of post-traumatic osteoarthritis after PCL reconstruction of the knee joint, which is very important. The objective of the master's thesis is to analyze the impact of physical rehabilitation after surgery for cruciate ligament injuries of the knee joint on the restoration of stato-dynamic functions. In her research the candidate for a master's degree conducted basic research and obtained information that allows to objectively assessing the functional capabilities at the pre- and postoperative stages as well as the primary processing of the data obtained. The dynamics of all studied parameters was studied and the effectiveness of the developed physical rehabilitation program was determined. The thesis fully demonstrates the significance of the modern, innovative means of physical rehabilitation. The significance of the work is to create a program of physical rehabilitation and recovery of integral functioning and stabilization of the joint after knee joint ligament rupture, and incorporates means and methods of physical, medical and sports rehabilitation, as a result of improving the quality of life of athletes in general and sports activities in particular, after injury and surgery. This work is of practical importance determined by increasing the effectiveness of physical rehabilitation for knee joint ligament injuries at all stages of the rehabilitation process.
