Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів управління комерційною діяльністю агрохолдингу. В роботі аналізуються основні напрямки та етапи організації комерційної діяльності підприємства, а також методи оцінки ефективності цих процесів. Зокрема, досліджено сутність та особливості організації комерційної діяльності в аграрному секторі, визначено ключові види та напрями управління комерційною діяльністю агрохолдингу. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища підприємства, а також оцінці економічного та фінансового стану агрохолдингу ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН». Проведено комплексний аналіз результатів діяльності підприємства, оцінено рівень ефективності організації комерційної діяльності та розроблено стратегію розвитку для підвищення її ефективності. Робота містить рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управління комерційною діяльністю агрохолдингу ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН» з урахуванням поточних економічних умов та перспектив розвитку аграрного ринку. Практичне значення результатів роботи полягає у можливості їх застосування для вдосконалення управління комерційною діяльністю ТОВ СП "НІБУЛОН" шляхом розробки рекомендацій, що сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності комерційних процесів, оптимізації використання ресурсів і зміцненню конкурентних позицій компанії. The qualification thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of managing commercial activities in an agroholding. The thesis analyzes the main directions and stages of organizing the commercial activities of an enterprise, as well as methods for assessing the effectiveness of these processes. In particular, the essence and features of organizing commercial activities in the agricultural sector are explored, and the key types and directions of managing commercial activities in an agroholding are identified. Special attention is given to the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, as well as the evaluation of the economic and financial condition of the agroholding LLC SP "NIBULON." A comprehensive analysis of the enterprise's performance is conducted, the level of effectiveness of organizing its commercial activities is assessed, and a development strategy is proposed to enhance its efficiency. The master's thesis contains recommendations for improving the management of commercial activities of the agricultural holding LLC SP "NIBULON", taking into account current economic conditions and prospects for the development of the agricultural market. The practical significance of the results of the work lies in the possibility of their application to improve the management of commercial activities of LLC SP "NIBULON" by developing recommendations that will contribute to increasing the efficiency of commercial processes, optimizing the use of resources and strengthening the company's competitive position.
