Використання інформаційних технологій в системі управління підприємством

Abstract

Дипломна робота на тему «Використання інформаційних технологій в системі управління підприємством» аналізує та досліджує значимість інформаційних технологій у підвищенні ефективності підприємств та їх управлінських рішень. У роботі представлено теоретичні засади для застосування інформаційних технологій на підприємствах, їх вплив на прийняття рішень, організацію роботи на підприємствах, оптимізацію мануальних процесів та покращення бізнес процесів. Особливу увагу приділено інформаційним системам, таким як ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) та BI (Business Intelligence), які надають змогу автоматизувати наявні процеси на підприємстві, задіяти автоматизацію нових задач та покращити багато аспектів в управлінні бізнесом. Також визначено переваги інформаційних технологій, такі як підвищення продуктивності на підприємстві, скорочення витрат, покращення якості управлінських рішень, доступ до потрібних даних, їх аналіз та швидкість обробки даних, покращення комунікації між підрозділами, та недоліки, такі як кіберзлочинність, небажання працівників працювати з чимось новим та висока ціна купівлі та налаштування інформаційних систем окремо під кожне підприємство. Також аналізуються проблеми, які можуть з’являтись під час запровадження інформаційних технологій на підприємстві, які включають фінансові витрати на закупівлю, навчання працівників, ризики для безпеки даних. Наведено методи, які допоможуть подолати дані виклики та виявлено перспективу для розвитку інформаційних технологій на підприємствах та у цифровізації бізнесу. Наведені приклади з реалізації інформаційних систем в українському бізнесі та у міжнародних підприємствах. На прикладі банку Монобанк показані усі сильні та слабкі сторони інформаційних технологій на реальному прикладі, адже це інноваційний банк, який використовує технології у всіх аспектах своєї роботи.

The thesis on the topic "The use of information technologies in the enterprise management system" analyzes and investigates the significance of information technologies in increasing the efficiency of enterprises and their management decisions. The work presents theoretical principles for the application of information technologies in enterprises, their impact on decision-making, organization of work at enterprises, optimization of manual processes and improvement of business processes. Particular attention is paid to information systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and BI (Business Intelligence), which allow to automate existing processes in the enterprise, to use the automation of new tasks and to improve many aspects of business management. The advantages of information technologies are also identified, such as increasing productivity at the enterprise, reducing costs, improving the quality of management decisions, access to the necessary data, their analysis and speed of data processing, improving communication between departments, and disadvantages, such as cybercrime, employees' reluctance to work with something new and the high cost of purchasing and configuring information systems separately for each enterprise. The problems that may arise during the implementation of information technologies at the enterprise are also analyzed, which include financial costs for purchasing, employee training, and data security risks. Methods are presented that will help overcome these challenges and prospects for the development of information technologies at enterprises and in business digitalization are identified. Examples of the implementation of information systems in Ukrainian business and in international enterprises are given. Using the example of Monobank, all the strengths and weaknesses of information technologies are shown in a real example, because it is an innovative bank that uses technologies in all aspects of its work.
