Вплив інформаційної війни на психічне здоров'я цивільного населення: механізми маніпуляції свідомістю та способи протидії

Abstract

У дипломній роботі здійснено теоретичне узагальнення та нове рішення актуальної наукової проблеми впливу інформаційної війни на психічне здоров'я цивільного населення. Оцінено стан розробленості цієї проблеми в сучасній психології. З'ясовано механізми маніпуляції свідомістю, характерні для інформаційних війн, та їх вплив на психоемоційний стан населення. Проведено аналіз проявів посттравматичного стресового розладу (ПТСР), тривожності, депресії та інших психоемоційних розладів, спричинених інформаційним тиском. Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель корекційної програми, спрямовану на підвищення критичного мислення, інформаційної грамотності та психологічної стійкості. Вивчено ефективність запропонованої програми у формуванні стійкості до маніпуляцій та впливу дезінформації. Емпірична частина роботи охоплює дослідження з використанням авторських методик і стандартних психологічних тестів, таких як тест Сонді, тест Холла на визначення емоційного інтелекту, а також анкетування респондентів віком від 14 до 85 років. Підтверджено ефективність розроблених рекомендацій щодо зменшення негативного впливу інформаційної війни на психічне здоров’я, які можуть бути використані державними органами, громадськими організаціями та практичними психологами. The thesis provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the topical scientific problem of the impact of information warfare on the mental health of the civilian population. The state of development of this problem in modern psychology is assessed. The mechanisms of consciousness manipulation characteristic of information wars and their impact on the psycho-emotional state of the population are clarified. The manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression and other psycho-emotional disorders caused by information pressure are analyzed. A structural and functional model of a correctional program aimed at improving critical thinking, information literacy, and psychological resilience has been developed. The effectiveness of the proposed program in building resilience to manipulation and the impact of disinformation is studied. The empirical part of the work includes research using the author's methods and standard psychological tests, such as the Sondy test, the Hall test for determining emotional intelligence, as well as a survey of respondents aged 14 to 85. The effectiveness of the developed recommendations for reducing the negative impact of information warfare on mental health, which can be used by government agencies, public organizations and practical psychologists, is confirmed.
