Вплив методів соціальної інженерії на особливості психіки користувачів Інтернету, зокрема третього віку дорослості

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено аналізу впливу методів соціальної інженерії (фішинг, вішинг, претекстинг тощо) на психологічні особливості користувачів Інтернету, досліджуються їх вразливості до маніпуляцій залежно від емоційного стану, вікових і когнітивних характеристик. Емпірично підтверджено вплив цих методів на довіру, емоційну стійкість і ухвалення рішень. Запропоновано та проведено тренінгову програму "Твій цифровий щит" для підвищення обізнаності користувачів онлайн-середовища пенсійного віку. Об'єктом дослідження є психологічний вплив методами соціальної інженерії на користувачів Інтернету, зокрема третього віку дорослості. В першому розділі розкрито поняття соціальної інженерії, охарактеризовані методи соціальної інженерії, здійснено аналіз наукової літератури щодо особливостей психіки та методів соціальної інженерії. Особлива увага приділена вивченню взаємозв'язку між особливостями психіки користувачів та їх вразливістю перед маніпулятивними методами, які використовуються в онлайн-середовищі. В другому розділі представлена емпірична частина теми, описані обрані методики дослідження та їх результи. Розроблені для користувачів рекомендації щодо розпізнавання та запобігання соціально-інженерним атакам. У третьому розділі розглянуто методологічні засади, зміст і процедура соціально-психологічного тренінгу. Проаналізовані та інтерпретовані результати проведення тренінгової програми “Твій цифровий щит” для користувачів Інтернету третього віку дорослості. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці та апробації тренінгової програми «Твій цифровий щит», яка може бути впроваджена у навчальні курси, тренінги та консультаційні заходи для підвищення рівня цифрової безпеки користувачів пенсійного віку. The qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of social engineering methods (phishing, vishing, pretexting, etc.) on the psychological characteristics of Internet users, investigates their vulnerability to manipulation depending on their emotional state, age and cognitive characteristics. The impact of these methods on trust, emotional stability, and decision-making is empirically confirmed. The training program “Your Digital Shield” was proposed and implemented to raise awareness of users of the online environment of retirement age. The object of the study is the psychological impact of social engineering methods on Internet users, in particular, the third age of adulthood. The first section defines the concept of social engineering, characterizes the methods of social engineering, and analyzes the scientific literature on the peculiarities of the psyche and methods of social engineering. Particular attention is paid to the study of the relationship between the peculiarities of the psyche of users and their vulnerability to manipulative methods used in the online environment. The second section presents the empirical part of the topic, describes the selected research methods and their results. Recommendations for users to recognize and prevent social engineering attacks are developed. The third chapter discusses the methodological foundations, content and procedure of social and psychological training. The results of the training program “Your Digital Shield” for Internet users of the third age of adulthood are analyzed and interpreted. The practical significance of the work lies in the development and testing of the training program “Your Digital Shield”, which can be implemented in educational courses, trainings and consulting activities to improve the level of digital security of retirement age users.
