Стратегічне управління розвитком ІТ‐компанії

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню теоретичних, методологічних та прикладних аспектів стратегічного управління розвитком ІТ-компанії та розробці пропозицій щодо підвищення ефективності управління стратегічним розвитком ІТ‐компаній. У роботі розкрито сутність поняття «стратегія» та особливості стратегічного управління в ІТ-сфері, здійснено аналіз сучасних підходів до формування та реалізації стратегій розвитку ІТ-компаній. На основі аналізу діяльності ТОВ «EPAM Systems» досліджено практику стратегічного управління розвитком компанії, проаналізовано її фінансово-економічний стан, оцінено чинну стратегічну політику та виявлено її сильні й слабкі сторони. Розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення управлінських процесів та запропоновано нові підходи до формування ефективної стратегії розвитку компанії. Проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих заходів і визначено очікувані результати їх впровадження. Об’єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного управління розвитком ІТ-компанії. Предметом дослідження є стратегічні підходи, механізми й інструменти управління розвитком ІТ-компанії на прикладі EPAM Systems. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of strategic management of the development of an IT company and the development of proposals to improve the efficiency of managing the strategic development of IT companies. The paper reveals the essence of the concept of «strategy» and the peculiarities of strategic management in the IT sphere, analyzes modern approaches to the formation and implementation of development strategies of IT companies. Based on the analysis of the activities of EPAM Systems LLC, the practice of strategic management of the company's development is studied, its financial and economic status is analyzed, the current strategic policy is evaluated, and its strengths and weaknesses are identified. Recommendations for improving management processes are developed and new approaches to forming an effective company development strategy are proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed measures is evaluated and the expected results of their implementation are determined. The object of research is the process of strategic management of the development of an IT company. The subject of the study is strategic approaches, mechanisms, and tools for managing the development of an IT company on the example of EPAM Systems.
