Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретичних, методологічних основ стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу, проведенню емпіричного аналізу та розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інструментів стратегії та управління агрохолдингом, реалізації запропонованих заходів підвищення ефективністі розвитку. В роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу. Обґрунтовано методологію визначення стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу. Проведено емпіричний аналіз стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу «Кернел». Узагальнено результати дослідження та розробилені пропозиції щодо покращення стратегічного управління розвитком. Об'єктом дослідження є процес стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні основи та практичні аспекти стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу. Наукова новизна полягає в трактуванні поняття «стратегічне управління розвитком»; дослідженні стратегічного управління розвитком; розробкці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення стратегічного управління розвитком агрохолдингу «Кернел» та рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інструментів стратегії, управління агрохолдингом, реалізація запропонованих заходів підвищення ефективністі розвитку.

The qualification work is devoted to summarizing the theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management of the development of an agroholding, conducting an empirical analysis and developing recommendations for improving the tools of strategy and management of an agroholding, implementing proposed measures to increase the efficiency of development. The work summarizes the theoretical foundations of strategic management of the development of an agricultural holding. The methodology for determining the strategic management of the development of an agricultural holding is substantiated. An empirical analysis of the strategic management of the development of the «Kernel» agricultural holding was conducted. The results of the research are summarized and proposals for improving strategic development management are developed. The object of the study is the process of strategic management of the development of an agricultural holding. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of strategic management of the development of an agricultural holding. The scientific novelty lies in the interpretation of the concept of "strategic development management"; the study of strategic development management; the development of recommendations for improving the strategic management of the development of the agroholding «Kernel» and recommendations for the improvement of strategy tools, management of the agroholding, implementation of the proposed measures to increase the efficiency of development.
