Удосконалення системи управління закладом охорони здоров’я

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню теоретичних основ та обґрунтуванню рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління лікарнею. Розкрито сутність, особливості та економіко-правові основи управління лікарнею. Розглянуто SWOT-аналіз як основний інструмент управління дитячою лікарнею. Визначено місце КНП ММР «Міська лікарня №5» в системі охорони здоров'я регіону. Наведено загальну характеристику підприємства та його фінансові показники. Проведено аналіз майна, капіталу підприємства та ефективності управління його фінансовим станом. Досліджено слабкі та сильні сторони лікарні, наведенні шляхи подолання загроз , та використання можливостей лікарні для покращення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення фінансового стану підприємства. Обґрунтовано напрямки удосконалення управління лікарнею Розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи мотивації для медичних працівників. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління лікарнею. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи та практичні аспекти управління КНП ММР «Міська лікарня №5» Наукова новизна полягає в розробці теоретичних положень та обґрунтуванні рекомендацій в питаннях удосконалення системи управління лікарнею. The qualification work is devoted to generalizing the theoretical foundations and substantiating recommendations for improving the hospital management system. The essence, features and economic and legal basis of hospital management are revealed. SWOT analysis as the main tool for managing a children's hospital is considered. The place of the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise "City Hospital No. 5" in the health care system of the region is determined. The general characteristics of the enterprise and its financial indicators are presented. An analysis of the property, capital of the enterprise and the efficiency of its financial condition management is carried out. The weaknesses and strengths of the hospital are investigated, ways to overcome threats and use the hospital's capabilities to improve the efficiency of the enterprise are provided. Recommendations for improving the financial condition of the enterprise are developed. The directions of improving the hospital management are substantiated Proposals for improving the motivation system for medical workers are developed. The object of research is the process of hospital management. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of management of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Hospital No. 5". The scientific novelty of the study is the development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of recommendations for improving the hospital management system.
