Управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств фармацевтичної галузі

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств фармацевтичної галузі. У роботі виокремлено різноманітні підходи до трактування поняття «фінансові ресурси», запропоновано більш розширене визначення даного поняття, визначено структуру та функції, що притаманні фінансовим ресурсами вітчизняних підприємств. Подано класифікацію фінансових ресурсів підприємства за різними класифікаційними ознаками та характеристиками. Досліджено та узагальнено теоретичні аспекти аналізу фінансових ресурсів вітчизняних підприємств. Окреслено значення та завдання аналізу фінансових ресурсів в напряму забезпечення підвищення ефективності функціонування суб’єкта господарювання. На основі узагальнення існуючих науково-методичних підходів запропоновано структурно-логічну схему аналізу фінансових ресурсів підприємства. Використано такі методи та прийоми для проведення оцінки ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами як порівняльний метод, системно-аналітичний, графічно-табличний, коефіцієнтний та проведено аналіз джерел формування фінансових ресурсів за допомогою горизонтального та вертикального аналізів їх складу та структури. Досліджено тенденції розвитку вітчизняних підприємств фармацевтичної галузі за 2016-2021 роки. Проведено комплексний аналіз показників фінансової стійкості, рентабельності, ліквідності та ділової активності таких фармацевтичних компаній як КП «Фармація», ПрАТ «Фітофарм», АТ «Фармак», ПрАТ «Київський вітамінний завод», ТОВ «Фармацевтична компанія «Здоров`я»». У результаті проведених розрахунків визначено, що обрані фармацевтичні підприємства мають відносно схожий склад фінансових ресурсів, а структура фінансових ресурсів деяких фармацевтичних компаній є незадовільною. Аналіз основних показників фінансової стійкості, рентабельності, ліквідності та ділової активності показав, що лише дві фармацевтичні компанії із п’яти є фінансово стійкими та незалежними від зовнішніх кредиторів.. У результаті проведеного дослідження було виявлено, що більшість підприємств фармацевтичної галузі мають проблеми, що пов`язані із менеджментом фінансових ресурсів. Зокрема наявні проблеми якісного формування та використання фінансових ресурсів. З огляду на виявлені в процесі дослідження проблеми, у роботі запропоновано такі методи підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств фармацевтичної галузі як: скорочення обсягу товарної кредиторської заборгованості; забезпечення відрахувань до резервного фонду; зменшення боргового навантаження у довгостроковій перспективі; зменшення концентрації позикового капіталу; оптимізація витрат на виробництво та реалізацію продукції; налагодження системи збуту; проведення регулярної роботи з дебіторами задля забезпечення скорочення терміну погашення дебіторської заборгованості тощо.

Introduction. The functioning of the market economy of Ukraine in general and the pharmaceutical industry in particular is possible under the condition of ensuring the efficiency of the use of financial resources. The used resources, forming the resource potential of an individual enterprise, are a share of the resource potential of the economy as a whole or individual industries. Management of financial resources of enterprises is one of the most important factors of ensuring effective financial and economic activity of the enterprise in modern conditions. Also, many scientists consider the management of financial resources as an activity aimed at optimizing the financial mechanism of the enterprise, coordinating financial operations, ensuring their ordering and accurate "balancing". Purpose. The purpose of the qualification work is to improve theoretical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of financial resource management of such pharmaceutical companies as KP "Pharmatsia", PJSC "Fitopharm", JSC "Farmak", PJSC "Kyiv Vitamin Factory", LLC "Pharmaceutical Company "Zdorov'ya"" and determination of the impact of the volume, structure and composition of the financial resources of the enterprise on the level of its financial stability, profitability, liquidity and business activity using a ratio analysis. Results. Taking into account the peculiarities of the modern development of the economy of Ukraine, for effective not only economic, but also financial activity of the enterprise as a whole, each business entity should form its own financial management strategy. The quality of financial resources of any economic entity can be assessed through the efficiency of their formation and use. It is also worth noting that such efficiency is ensured by the influence of many internal and external factors, such as: economic, legal, social, etc. The analysis of the effectiveness of the management of financial resources of enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry using the main indicators of financial stability, profitability, business activity and liquidity showed that most enterprises in the pharmaceutical industry have problems related to the management of financial resources. In particular, there are problems with the qualitative formation and use of financial resources and, as the ratio analysis showed, pharmaceutical companies have certain problems with ensuring financial stability, profitability, liquidity and business activity. To ensure the successful functioning of the selected pharmaceutical companies and increase their profitability, it is necessary to implement an effective strategy for managing financial resources in order to ensure the profitability of the activity. Conclusions. In modern conditions, the priority task of the enterprise is the development and implementation of a balanced system of comprehensive assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial strategy and financial policy at the stages of their formation and implementation. The implementation of a well-founded methodological toolkit of comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of financial resource management, including at enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry, will ensure the stable development of any business entity.
